Refund policy

We offer the option to return goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. You will need proof of purchase to make a return.

To start a return, contact us at aureven3d@gmail.com – we will send you a return code for Packeta together with shipping instructions. Goods sent back without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Damage and problems Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If they are defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at aureven3d@gmail.com and we will resolve the situation.

Exceptions Custom-made and personalized products (custom logo, color) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Exchanges The fastest way is to return the original goods and place a new order separately.

Right of withdrawal in the EU For deliveries within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will inform you of the approval. The money will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at aureven3d@gmail.com.
